OFFICIAL RULES

Contest begins December 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on December 7, 2008.

HOW TO ENTER:
Simply provide your valid email address for your chance to win.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
One winner for each of the four prizes will be selected by computer-generated random selection from all entries received. Winners will be selected on December 8, 2008. Contest results are final and the sole decision of the owner of That Josh Groban Guy. Winners will be notified by email. Winners providing invalid email addresses or failing to respond to prize notifications after 72 hours will forfeit their prize.

PRIZES:
One (1) copy of "Hit Man: David Foster and Friends" CD/DVD, provided courtesy of WB and On Target Media.

One (1) copy of "Josh Groban: A Collection", provided courtesy of WB and Noble PR Consultancy Ltd. (two individual copies to be given away)

One (1) copy of "Josh Groban: A Collection", provided courtesy of WB and Noble PR Consultancy Ltd., and one (1) copy of "Northern Light" by Jon Christos, provided courtesy of Roots Music Group.

ELIGIBILITY:
Contest is open to anyone with a valid email address. Children under 18 should ask parents' permission to enter.

VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE:
Winner will be notified by email and will be required to verify acceptance of prize by return email within 72 hours of notification. If acceptance is not received, prizes will be forfeited and another winner chosen. Prize will be delivered by standard mail after verification of winner address. "Hit Man: David Foster and Friends" will be shipped directly from On Target Media to the winner. All other prizes will be shipped by the owner of That Josh Groban Guy. That Josh Groban Guy is not responsible for prize notifications which cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete registration information or failure of entrant's email service provider.

GENERAL:
This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. That Josh Groban Guy and its owner is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or delays in transmission of information, whether arising from technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption. The owner of That Josh Groban Guy reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond her control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time.

PRIVACY:
Email addresses provided for this contest will be kept private and accessible only to the owner of That Josh Groban Guy, and will not be sold or otherwise shared with any third party. Email addresses will not be used to contact entrants except in the case of a winning entry.

This contest is being conducted independently by That Josh Groban Guy with prior approval of Avnet Management, Roots Music Management, and Warner Brothers Records.
